Hi! I am looking to sublet my room in our beautiful 4 bed house in Homerton, as I’m moving in with my boyfriend. I’m so gutted to leave this house as it’s honestly a dream!
The room is £1000pcm, and bills come to around £110. It’s an unfurnished room, however, I have some furniture that won’t fit in my new place so I’d be willing to leave or sell! It’s a south facing room so it get a lot of sunlight all throughout the day. The bathroom is shared with 2 others, as Alex has an en-suite. There is also a toilet downstairs.
Our house has a large living room, kitchen with full fridge freezer, dishwasher, and washer dryer. It’s on a quiet street, but it’s 7mins walk from Homerton station (Mildmay) and a few minutes walk from Chatsworth Road! We are also very close to the Hackney Marshes & the river Lea.
You’d be living with Alex, Keaton and Hadley, all in their mid 20s. Alex, Keaton and I met at University and we found Hadley on SpareRoom. We are a very social house, hanging out in the living room, going to the pub or out and occasionally having house dinners. We are looking for a girl to replace me to keep the gender split in the house!
The room is available from 8th Feb, but I can be flexible on exact move in date. Let is until end of tenancy at end of October.
