3 lovely housemates wanted for a lovely house!

Hello! 3 new housemates wanted in our lovely home ❤️‍🔥

looking for girls/theys preferably 27+ to stay long term (at least 1 year)
LGBTQ+ friendly :-)

My other housemates are all moving out (after 4 years of living together!)
I have recently moved in and would love to fill the house with other silly souls!!
and create a social, cosy and caring space

we could.......hang out, cook together, have film nights, make crafty bits, venture to the marshes, go to the pub etc (while respecting each others space and downtime when needed of course!)

i'm 32, queer, working in costume for film/TV and have a side hustle of leather bag + shoe restoration. i work mon-fri and mix WFH and out at a studio. i keep it chill during the week and looking for others with a similar mindset!

some interests/things i do!:
lil creative projects, being outdoors, reading, sauna, hiking, pubs, camping, cycling, museums, music, dancing, festivals, yoga, gym

we are in a fab location in between hackney marshes, Chatsworth road and viccy park. being so close to the canals is dreamy!
we are tucked away from the main road in a mews so its pretty peaceful.

8 mins walk to Homerton station
10 mins walk to Hackney Wick station

big living room with spiral staircase
one bathroom (but we manage)
all bedrooms are doubles and decent sizes, the available rooms are two on the ground floor and one on the mezzanine level. the some of them may be part furnished with bed wardrobe (can discuss)
there is bike storage out back for 4 bikes!

room 1: £810
room 2: £860
room 3: £890

we currently have a cleaning rota and a cleaner every few weeks to keep the house looking fresh✨

must pass referencing from letting agents (im freelance and it was chill)
all room contracts start on 10th feb
bills come to around £90-120 season dependent
deposit is around £870 each (will confirm)
