Small double room in 3-bed maisonette with living room and garden in Homerton 5 minutes walk from an overground station and 5 minutes walk from Victoria Park. The closest high street is Wick Road, which has some lovely shops and cafés. Flatmates are two lovely women in their late twenties working in law and publishing. One is vegetarian and the other is vegan. They are very friendly, chilled out and clean. There is a pretty relaxed cleaning rota and everyone keeps the place tidy. Current flatmates would prefer a woman or non-binary person as a flatmate. Looking for 3 month sublet starting ASAP but open to different lengths. £750/ month plus bills.
