Hi there! We’re Phoebe and Alex and we’re looking for a third housemate to come and join us in our relaxed sunny Homerton home.
The room is a cosy double next door to the large shared bathroom which includes a bath as an added bonus!
We both work in the creative industry and are a mix of home and office based. We like to go for drinks and hang out for a chat or to watch tv and we’re looking for someone calm and clean to join us :)
Rent is £890 and bills are £114 a month - the room is available from 10th Jan but flexible with move in date up until 22nd Jan. It will be a ten month contract with the ability to extend afterwards.
