Hi, we are two flatmates looking for a third person for a double room which has just opened up.

As the current flatmate is moving on 10th Feb but will pay up till the end of that week, we need someone who is ready to move in that time range.

Ideally we are looking for someone who wants to make their home here, and maintain a calm and peaceful space. Although its not a party flat, we are both friendly and sociable.

We value maintaining a clean space, and work together to tackle chores/flat admin.

Both of us do hybrid WFH/office based 9-5 professional jobs during the week.
