2 large doubles in Homerton houseshare

Hi! We are looking for 2 new housemates for large 4 bed house in Homerton with big garden. Room is unfurnished but rest of the house is furnished. Move in date 1st April with one room being more flexible for earlier move in date.

We’re two housemates/friends - Kirsty (librarian, 28) and Tilly (chef, 33). We’re very chill and like to hangout at home, but also like to do our own thing. Will often catch us at the pub, watching the arsenal women’s game, cooking, going for walks and cycles. We really want our house to feel like a home, we usually share basics like toothpaste, milk, rice, washing powder, pots and pans etc. It’s a nice house with a dishwasher so not too hard to clean but we like to keep on top of it and have a basic cleaning rota.

- both rooms £815, one on ground floor and one on first floor
- deposit one months rent
- Landlord doesn’t accept benefits/UC unfortunately
- Bills average £100 approx
- Large living/dining room, house plants welcome!
- big kitchen and laundry area
- We also have a gorgeous garden with room for bikes and BBQ’s.
- 2 bathrooms with 2 showers

Access: one on ground floor and one room is on 1st floor upstairs, one step to front door and step to garden, also quite narrow hallways. One bathroom on bottom floor and one small shower/toilet on second floor.

- 10/15min walk to big Tesco
-15 min walk to Hackney Wick
