Large double room available in spacious flat in Homerton, a minute’s walk from Overground station (Mildmay line).

Hello! I am moving out of my lovely room after two-and-a-half years and looking for somebody to replace me from early March. It’s a great room with plenty of space for a desk if you wfh. The rent is £900/month and bills are currently £80ish though this could change.

The flat itself is a ground floor garden flat with three bedrooms. There is a couple in one of them, so it’ll be four people here including you. There’s a big, open plan kitchen/ dining room/ lounge and you’d be sharing a bathroom with one other (the couple has an en suite).

I’m keen to fill it from early March so please do get in touch with a bit of info about yourself and I’ll try set you up a viewing and get you meeting the others if it sounds like it’ll be a match :)
