This Is a GIRLS ONLY spacious double room comes furnished with a desk, chair, 2 chests of draws, a wardrobe and a mirror.

The house is located just a 8 minute walk from Homerton station, this room is one of 5 and also includes one large bathroom and an extra toilet upstairs. In the Kitchen there is a dining room table and a great garden area outside which will be lovely in the upcoming summer months.☀️👙

You’ll be living with 4 other girls all students/masters students who are aged 20-24 so being in that age range (older is fine) would be ideal. The flat is a friendly and chatty one, everyone gets along and often hangs out together in the kitchen and likes to catch up however everyone is also okay with having their alone time.

I am looking for someone to take over my room as i am moving in with my other friends who just moved to London, the location is more convenient for my workplace but I am sad to be leaving.

The rent is £1,080 and most bills are included- they end up costing less than £30 a month (without council tax if you are a student however if you are not it will not cost much more) and are charged every three months. A cleaner is included in the price and comes once a month to clean all the communal areas, however everyone is the house likes to keep then clean.🧼 🫧
