En-suite spacious double room in Homerton

I'm freeing up my spacious room in a shared flat, the flat is located in Homerton, with a walking distance to:

- Hackney (17 mins walk)
- Hackney Wick (20 mins walk)
- Overground - Mildmay line (5 mins walk)
- Victoria Park (10 mins walk)
- London Fields (20 min)
2 stops (overground) to Westfield Stratford
Central line from Stratford that gets you to the city centre in 20mins!

You would be sharing with 2 super lovely and outgoing girlies in their late 20s, they're both Polish, but are very international. One of the girls is living in London 9+ years, the other girl about a year. They are super easy going. They are both working professionals.

The room itself is very spacious, comes with the desk, a lot of drawers and built in cabinet. But most importantly, comes with own new bathroom! It's super cozy to live in!

Kitchen is spacious, clean, plenty of room to store things and to cook freely.
In general all common spaces are kept tidy and clean.

You could take over my last 3 months of contract (either signing the lease with the landlord or just arrange it with me and no contract), or just sign a new contract with landlord straight away for 6 months. After that you can extend it for how long you want.

The room is £950, the landlord pays some bills and council tax (band B - most likely), you only have to top up gas and electricity once every while, that shouldn't be more than £50 / month.
