Hi! A cozy double bedroom has become available after our lovely flatmate has moved out after 5 fabulous years of us living together in our lovely Homerton home.

The house is bright and spacious with a lovely terrace and shared garden you can step out onto directly from our back door. The flat is located at the bottom of lively Chatsworth road in a gated area so we’re a little away from the road and don’t get much noise. We have a spacious kitchen and homely living area. All well furnished. The room is partly furnished with a bed and built in wardrobe, and any other furniture would be for you to bring.

The rent is £737 plus bills, which usually come to around £120 (internet, gas, electricity, council tax, water, TV license). We also have a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks for £27 a month each. The rent will be increasing to £780 in September as a pre agreed amount with the landlord.
