Bright and peaceful single room on the first floor at the back of a beautiful Victorian house. The room overlooks the back garden and railway line and benefits from a large double-glazed window for warmth and noise reduction.
You get your own private en-suite with toilet and sink (hand basin). There is also a dedicated workspace area with a desk, perfect for remote working or studying.
Shared facilities: The main bathroom, kitchen, and other communal spaces are shared with myself (the live-in landlady) and 1 other lodger. A weekly professional cleaner is included for the shared areas.
