Sadly, I’m moving out of this lovely home, so we’re looking for someone to take over my room from 21st August.
The flat is located in Homerton, literally just behind the station.
The house is spread over two floors. Downstairs you’ll find a spacious kitchen, dining room, living room and a balcony, while upstairs there are the three bedrooms and the bathroom.
The room available is the largest room in the house and comes with a built-in wardrobe, offering plenty of storage space.
We’re ideally looking for a female flatmate who is clean, respectful and easy-going, and who would enjoy the vibe of the house.
You’ll be living with two lovely Italian girls:
Sofia (28) works in marketing. She’s very active and sporty, loves boxing and staying busy, and brings lots of positive energy to the house. She has quite a busy schedule, so she’s often out and about, but she’s always up for a chat or sharing a laugh when around.
Titti (30) works in events. She is a genuinely extroverted and bubbly. She loves cooking, hosting dinners for friends and bringing people together. She’s passionate about electronic music, and enjoys exploring London’s music scene. She usually works from home.
The vibe of the house is probably the thing we love most. This is not a party house, but we do enjoy having friends over from time to time, sharing meals, a glass of wine or simply catching up after work. We like to think of ourselves as a little family. At the same time, everyone has their own routines, social life and personal space, and that balance is something we really respect.
You’ll truly feel at home from day one.
Bills and council tax are not included and are split equally between the three flatmates on top of the rent.
As for the room, the bed frame(£35), mattress(£70) and wardrobe(£120) are for sale.(The mirror may already be taken.) Since I only moved in this March, all the furniture is new and in excellent condition, which is reflected in the prices. I’ll leave the rest of the furniture, including the bedside table and chest of drawers in the room, so you’re free to keep them if you’d like or get rid of them.
If you’re interested in purchasing any of the furniture that’s for sale, please let me know when you message, otherwise I’ll need to sell the items separately.
