The room comes with a bed, desk, chest of drawers, and wardrobe. There are also 2 east-facing windows overlooking a spacious courtyard. There's also a shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom

The flat is a 5-minute walk from Homerton station with easy Overground access to Stratford and Highbury & Islington stations, and is walking distance from Hackney Central, London Fields, Clapton and Victoria Park.

The courtyard also provides bike storage.

There's countless nice pubs, shops, and green spaces nearby, as well as a library, GP surgery, and pharmacy within a minute of the flat (and a weekly market every Sunday on Chatsworth Road).

We’re looking for someone between 26-32, who’s clean, tidy and with a 9-5/similar working pattern. We (Diarmuid & Peter) both WFH a few days each week, but maintain a relaxed and social atmosphere, often eating dinner together, watching tv and occasionally going to the pub (but are also respectful of each others time and space). This is also a queer friendly household.

*This isn’t a sublet* We’re looking for someone to join the tenancy from 24 August 2026, so you’ll need to go through referencing and pay a deposit (1 month of rent) . Rent is £860 a month and bills are around £100 a month including council tax.
