We’re looking for a housemate who is tidy, friendly, and respectful to join a warm and easygoing house share!

The room is spacious, bright, and comes furnished with a bed, desk, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. It also has a nice decorative shelf unit and plenty of natural light.

You’d be sharing the house with two professionals, one girl and one guy (27-33 yrs).

The house has one bathroom and an additional separate toilet room, a spacious kitchen, a cosy living room, and a balcony. The atmosphere is friendly and respectful, ideal for someone who wants a calm, clean living space.

Located less than 5 minutes away from Homerton overground station, the apartment is in a great spot: a 10 minutes walk from a large Tesco and several local shops closer by, Victoria Park is another 12 minutes walk, and 20ish mins walk to London fields area/ Broadway market.

Rent is £850 per month (bills not included), and bills usually come to around £117 per month. The room will be available from 1st August.
