Long Term Room Available In Homerton

Long term room based in Homerton available from the 24th of August!

Hello! We have a room available from the 24th of August in our house. It's a 2 minute walk to Homerton station, with plenty of bus connections around.

Sadly I am moving home so we’re looking for someone to join the house and add to the great vibe we’ve got going!

The house is fully furnished with 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a second toilet. There is a living area leading out to the backyard space, and a separate kitchen. There is also an office that is currently occupied 2-3 days a week, but is free to use when not occupied.

The room comes with a double bed and wardrobe, obviously feel free to change any of that up as you please, or even bring any furniture into the house if it suits.

Cost £750 pcm

Deposit for each room will be the first 1 months rent paid prior to moving in.

Bills are approximately £130 a month, slightly higher in winter and lower in Summer. Bills are paid monthly through Splitwise, along with any other communal household items (toilet paper, wash pods, cooking oil etc.) for the given month.

A bit about the house - The house is social yet respectful. We love an evening trip to the pub, or a 15 minute venture to either London Fields or Victoria Park. While we have our own circle of friends, we still overlap with all hanging out, hence, we are looking for someone who wants to extend their socials and be friends rather than housemates only.

We’re tidy and considerate, and looking for someone who respects this. Not a space to leave your dirty dishes lying around sort of house. To help ensure this, a fortnightly cleaner is currently in place which is covered in the monthly bills cost mentioned previously.
