All girls creative house in Homerton 💕

I’m looking for someone to take over my room as I’m sadly having to move due to a recent ankle injury. I genuinely wouldn’t be leaving otherwise—I’ve loved living here.

The room is a bright, furnished double with a desk (not shown in the photos) and its own lock for added privacy.

The house is modern and well maintained, with a spacious kitchen, large garden, a monthly professional cleaner and regular gardener included in the rent. Most bills are covered too, with additional bills usually only around £30 per month. The landlords are brilliant, with a simple online maintenance system and very quick to resolve any issues.

The house is shared with a lovely group of creative and ambitious women. One works at Amazon, another studies Computer Science, one is pursuing journalism, and another studies at the Jimmy Choo Fashion Academy. Everyone is respectful, clean and considerate, and the house has a genuinely friendly atmosphere. We often cook together or catch up when we’re all free, and occasionally head over to Hackney Wick together for food or drinks.

* 🚌 Around 25 minutes to Shoreditch

The location is fantastic, with great transport links and plenty of cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and gyms nearby.
