We’re looking for a lovely new flatmate to join our spacious, clean and friendly flat in Homerton.

The flat is just 7 minutes from Homerton station, 10 minutes from Chatsworth Road, and 15 minutes from Victoria Park - so there’s plenty of great food, pubs and green space nearby.

It’s a 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom flat, with a bright and spacious living room and a really lovely communal feel.

The bedroom available gets almost all-day sunshine, with windows on either side of the bed, so it’s lovely and bright throughout the day.

Liv, 32 - Scottish and currently working as a project manager. Enjoys travelling, cinema, history, and the occasional dinner party!

Mati, 27 - Working as a scientist and studying for a master's part-time. I love tea, crappy TV, running and exploring London (esp. food and pubs !)

Who we’re looking for:
FEMALES PREFERRED. We’re looking for a friendly, relaxed and considerate housemate who’s clean and tidy, enjoys hanging out together, but is equally happy doing their own thing.

We’re definitely more of a friendly house-share than a party house, and would love someone who wants to make the flat feel like a home.

Rent & other bits 💷
£1,046 per month, including bills (water, energy, Wi-Fi and council tax). An occasional cleaner comes roughly every 2 weeks. Communal household items are an additional shared cost

The room is available from Tuesday 13th October (keys handed over on Monday 12th)

Worth noting: scaffolding will be going up at the building from next week

I’m only moving out because I’m moving in with my partner - otherwise I’d be very happy to stay!
