Room available in creative hackney household

Lovely furnished Room available for sublet (or official contract change if preferred), 2min from Homerton Station. All bills included!

We're a creative household consisting of:
- Raphaela, filmmaker, working between London and Zürich
- Tabea, actress, working in London and internationally
- and sometimes, Raphaela's brother, who remains the lead tenant but is predominantly working in Zürich these days.

The flat has a shared kitchen which we have tried to make homely including a TV and Switch ;-) as well as a shared bathroom.

We have a family like atmosphere, enjoy a shared dinner or a film night at times but also give space to one another. We care about keeping the house tidy and have a bi-weekly cleaner coming for the communal spaces, but are also open to having friends over for a boardgames night or the like once in a while.

Shops are located nearby, including a fabulous little corner shop just below our flat, that's open almost all hours and we like to call it "our big fridge".

The room is situated towards the back of the house, meaning you have zero street noise and can wake up to sunshine through the window - but on Friday/Saturday you may hear the pub karaoke at times.
