2 Double rooms beside Victoria Park, E9

Hey! We're looking for two people to join our house share next to Victoria Park and replace our lovely housemate.

Both rooms are on the top floor of the house along with a shared bathroom.

The small double room is £550/month, partly furnished (bed, mattress and wardrobe). The room is small so not suitable for someone working from home full-time. The walls are thin so noise consideration is key.

The larger double room is £626/month, partly furnished (bed, mattress, desk, built-in wardrobe).

The house has loads of shared space including:
- A large kitchen
- Living room
- Conservatory
- Two bathrooms
- A garage
- A garden
- Utility room

You'd be living with Marisa (she/her), Kaodi ( -she/they). We're social but also do our own thing.

We'd like someone friendly, clean, who enjoys kitchen chats, the odd movie or dinner together and is looking for a peaceful home. If you’re looking for a party house, sorry this isn’t the one for you!

We all contribute £140 a month towards bills and a kitty for shared household costs (which includes any cleaning products, laundry bits and our fortnightly cleaner).

Deposits are around £700.

The rooms will be available from 10th October, and we will be holding house viewings in the coming weeks.
