Compact Double Room in Hackney (bills inc!)

Hello, I'm Lisa (current flatmate).

I'm looking for someone female to replace me in my flat from the 1st of July. The room is furnished with a bed/mattress (with storage space underneath), chest of drawers, bedside table and 32inch wall-mounted TV. A built in wardrobe with storage space in the hallway would also be yours.
Table and chair in the pictures could be yours, but can also be removed.

The rent quoted is an 'all in' figure and covers Council Tax, all service charges, TV License, Gas, Electric, Water, Wi-Fi Broadband and a cleaner who comes once every two weeks to maintain the communal areas. Only one flatmate is allowed per room, so no couples sorry!

The flat itself is split over 2 levels and has undergone a fairly recent complete internal refurb so it feels clean and modern inside. The kitchen is spacious and comes supplied with all the usually amenities (oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils etc). The kitchen also has washer/dryer and a dishwasher. We have a nice large living room, which has 40-inch HD Freeview TV, 2 sofas and a dining table/chairs - great for flat wines & dines. There is one bathroom and some storage space.

The flat is situated a short 5-10 min walk to Homerton overground and there’s a few bus stops nearby that go into the city centre. Lidl, Tesco, Victoria Park, London Fields, Hackney Central, and Westfield Stratford are all within walking distance.

You'll be living with Lauren (31, Australian) and El (22, British). Both girls are easy-going, respectful, social and tidy – looking for someone who is similar in these aspects.
