Description
Double bedroom in a cute converted church! Available for 3 months for now but high chance it could be long term, will explain during viewing. The flat is at the top of Well Street which has some great coffee shops & restaurants, close to Victoria Park. It's over two floors, with myself living upstairs it's allowing for a lot of privacy. Most of the furniture seen in the pictures would be staying but if there was something you really didn't like, we could always put it into my room, depending depending which item. The flat has Central heating, a washing machine, an electric stove with induction function, carbon monoxide alarm and broadband, with several bike racks in the courtyard. It’s security gated, with a metal door leading into the building and a 2nd door to the flat itself. Shared areas on the 1st floor are the kitchen and dining room. There is a office desk at the entrance of the living room where I'd be working from sometimes. I'm a fashion and portrait photographer, so when working from home mainly on my laptop really doing pre or post production. I'm into art exhibitions, movies, travelling, generally fairly quiet and very tidy. Loud music is rare!
Monthly Bills coming on top are: Council Tax - Band D £ 85.84 per person, Fibre Broadband £ 16.49, Water roughly £ 21.75 per person, Electricity and Gas pending on usage but it's roughly £ 50.00 per person. Deposit of 1 month's rent applicable.
Homerton Overground Station is a 5mins walk away, Bus stop for Bus 26 to Shoreditch & Bethnal Green is literally opposite the flat.
