Large studio room (Mon-Fri or short-term)

Hi there,
I've got a large studio room available (Mon-Fri £125 p/week OR short-term £30 p/night) in a recently refurbished flat overlooking the River Lea Navigation in Hackney.

You would be sharing with one other person (me!). I’m not home much, easy to get along with and clean/tidy. Looking for the same in a new flat mate :)

It's in a great location, very quiet and surrounded by green space, but only a 15 min walk to Homerton station or Homerton hospital; a 10 min walk down the canal to the canal side bars/restaurants/clubs of Hackney Wick and the Olympic Park; and a 20 min walk to Stratford station & Westfield shopping centre.

The flat is lovely (as the owner I'm not biased at all of course!). The room available is a large sized room, recently decorated, and with its own entrance. Includes a super comfy double sofa-bed, 2 arm chairs, dining table & chairs, bamboo clothing rail, and two ladder bookshelves.

Shared bathroom with bath/shower. Shared kitchen overlooks the canal and has an oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer, and washing machine.

The cost of the rent includes all bills (electric, water, WiFi, council tax and cleaner). Flat available to view now. Move in date flexible.
