2 Double bedrooms to rent in a lovely, spacious house in Honor Oak.

Beth and Ryan are 2 young professionals looking for two more housemates. They like exploring London, finding new places to eat and walking into Forest Hill for a pub quiz & a drink! Looking for people who want to chill and watch TV with a glass of wine from time to time. As a house we're easy going, clean and sociable, and willing to welcome new housemates as much or as little as they like! :)

Room 1: Very large double room with en suite, loft space and Juliet balcony. This room is on it's own floor at the top of the house.
Rent is £660 (plus bills)
£706.50 deposit + 1 months rent

Room 2: Double room on the first floor with a shared bathroom. Can easily fit a double bed, desk and a large wardrobe. We have included pictures of different layouts to show the combinations of furniture possible.
Rent is £530 a month (plus bills)
£706.50 deposit + 1 months rent

Open to 2 people who are looking together (not couples sorry!) or anyone looking to move by themselves into a friendly clean home.

Honor Oak has a Sainsburys Local, Pizzeria, coffee shops and pubs. The local area is safe and very green!
The station is only a 6 minute walk away and allows for easy transport links to London Bridge (13 min train) and Canada Water for the jubilee line. There are also quick, easy buses to Brixton and Peckham.

Covid 19: FYI Beth is a teacher so going into work. If you're high risk or shielding you may want to take this into account. When you come to view the house you're welcome to look around the inside, but if you're more comfortable we are happy to do a video tour.

Frankie and I have lived here for three years and have absolutely loved it, it's been a real home for us. Sadly the time has now come for us to move on. Hoping to find two people who will love this house as much as us.
