Huge double room on the upper floor of a friendly 3-bedroom house share. The room is well lit and spacious and is on a quiet street.

The house itself has a communal kitchen/dining room as well as a shared tv room with a sofa bed that doubles as a guest room/craft room. The whole house is light and airy with its own garden at the rear, perfect for relaxing and enjoying some afternoon sun. The house is a 3 minute walk from Honor Oak Park Overground station and a 10 minute walk from Crofton Park train station. The area itself has two fantastic eco/refill/vegan shops and a number of local supermarkets and takeaways. Blithe Hill, Hilly Fields and One Tree Hill are also super close and fantastic for walks.

- - The household - -
Anastasia and Coran are your future housemates. They are really chilled out, kind and sociable. Anastasia is full of fun. She has a passion for music and cooking and is currently studying part-time alongside her job in the training department of a travel company. Coran is a cycle-mechanic for Brompton. He is friendly and inclusive and is really into his cycling and playing the guitar. We currently enjoy spending time together with the occasional wine and dinner evening but also value time to chill out on our own and do our own thing.
Our live-out landlord is really easy-going and the few times we've contacted him over the years, he's been very responsive and helpful.

The rent is £575 PCM and bills are not included and come in at about £105 for council tax, water, gas, electricity and broadband internet.
