I'm looking for someone to take my room!

It's in Honor Oak, southeast London,

Under 10 minute walk to the station and a stones throw away from Peckham.

It's a small double in a really nice flat
The living room is really big. Double glazing throughout. New bathroom and kitchen. With bicycle storage. All the mod cons!

You'll be living with Two guys, one works at TFL and the other is a secondary school teacher.

If you're clean and kind you'll fit in. It's generally a chill house hold.

You'll be taking over my part of the contract, the contract runs out at the end of July, but you'll have the opportunity to renew.
