Would like friendly, independent, tidy female. I’m a creative, sociable, organised person & like a peaceful, clean environment. I consider myself an introverted extrovert. Farah, the other housemate, is quiet but friendly, loves art and astrology and a good chat in the kitchen. Looking for preferably females please.
Room is a small double in good condition.
Bills include fast fibre broadband (38 - 40Mbps download speed). Fortnightly cleaning is a reasonable extra £25 pcm.
Great transport links, 3 stops to London Bridge on the train. Overground and Southern train lines, multiple bus routes.
House is large, in quiet area, with conservatory, private garden, and beautiful, secluded wood to the rear, containing a newly renovated tennis court. Also shared with my cat. Cat lovers or experience living with cats definitely sought!!
