Large Double Room in Honor Oak Park, available Aug

We have one double room going in our very lovely three bed flat in Honor Oak. Looking for someone sweet, chilled and clean (pls) to move in early August!

You'd be living with Ella and Naomi, both 29. Ella works in architecture and Naomi does charity governance. We're both into arty stuff, cooking, films, and long meandering conversations. We're ideally looking to live with another woman and v much queer/lgbt friendly. We're friendly and sociable but it's definitely not a big party flat, more relaxed and homey - would prefer someone who works daytime-ish hours to keep the neighbours happy.

About the flat - top floor of a beautiful building about 10 mins walk from Honor Oak Overground. The bedroom is lovely and really spacious, as are the shared living spaces. The room comes unfurnished so you can bring your own stuff or get it all off eBay like we did :) Rent is £700/month plus bills (about £120) and deposit, with minimum 12 month tenancy.
