Furnished Double Room – SE23 / Blythe Hill

Hello! I’m Helen, and I have a furnished double room available in my lovely home in SE23.

My 8-year-old son lives here 50% of the time, so I’m looking for someone who is quiet, respectful and happy to keep things low-key. No loud music, parties or visitors, please. Ideally, you’ll be someone who enjoys a calm home, likes children and is happy living with cats! 🐱

The room has:

- Comfortable double bed
- Chest of drawers
- Small wardrobe
- Bright, welcoming feel

There is a shared kitchen and bathroom. The sitting room is our family space, so unfortunately it isn’t included for use.

I provide toilet roll, washing-up liquid, kitchen roll and bin bags, and I also do the communal cleaning, so you won’t have to worry about those household jobs.

- 1 minute from Blythe Hill Fields
- Very close to Crofton Park
- Easy access to Brockley and Catford
- Great transport links and a lovely local area

I think it would suit a mature student or professional looking for a comfortable, peaceful and reasonably priced base in London.

I’m happy to discuss the price and length of stay, as finding the right person who fits comfortably into our home is more important to me than simply filling the room.
