Short-Term Let - February-May

This room is our son's who is away at university. The room is furnished and his belongings (clothes etc). are packed away in his wardrobe. This is an offer of a short-term let and no changes can be made to the room. Wardrobe space will be yours. This is all reflected in the very low price for a large double room in this area.

With genuinely breath-taking views of the whole of London, the house is simply stunning. In leafy, peaceful Forest Hill, there's a real village feel and three large parks are within a few mins walking distance.

Situated ten mins from Honor Oak which is 12 minutes from London Bridge, and Overground to Canada Water and the tube network in 10 mins. Easy and frequent bus connections to town and easy to cycle anywhere - Covent Garden 30 mins, Euston 45 mins. Plenty of street parking available.

There is a huge sitting room and an enormous bright kitchen. The garden is on 3-levels with views of the whole of London. We are a creative and happy lot looking for other fun loving creatives to join us at our house - the aptly-named Camelot - it's a castle!

We are open, kind, respectful and fun. And of course, tidy and clean as expected. We are actors/writers. We would love to hear from you!

Local amenities are numerous, cafes, shops, and a lovely local community, with the bustle of Peckham and East Dulwich nearby. Come meet us!
