Quiet double room in shared modernised Victorian first floor flat with two floors. To share with a classical musician (pianist) and a property manager who is also a pianist-composer. Council Tax included, as are utility bills. 5 mins from Honor Oak Park and Crofton Park railway stations. Buses - P4, P12, 122, 171, 172. Full use of kitchen and equipment. There is the occasional house dinner, lodgers are often invited to eat with me when I have guests, although this is not a party house. Taking responsibility for keeping things tidy in the kitchen and bathroom is important. Would suit a classical musician or someone who plays an instrument/sings. Non musicians are also very welcome. There is no shared sitting room, however we can negotiate if you wish to entertain guests.
