Hi all. I am looking to rent out my room in the flat I co-own with my brother in a quiet part of Honor Oak Park. The room is a spacious double bedroom with a window onto the green space surrounding the flat.

My younger brother is 37 and works in VFX in East London. He's into gaming, football, the arts, and bouldering, amongst other things. We would want the person he lives with to be sociable and friendly, but happy to spend time in their own space. There is a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.

The flat is located about 10 mins walk to Honor Oak, 10 mins to Crofton Park, 10 - 15 to Brockley, and about 15 to Nunhead. This offers several options for travel. The flat is within a relaxed, quiet, green neighborhood with local shops 5 minutes walk away. There is off street parking available.

Amenities include a washing machine, dish washer, oven, electric hob, shower and bath. The price includes all bills, inc council tax. Councill tax (band B).
