Double bedroom in Honor Oak Park

- you would be sharing with 3 guys (24-36)
- there are two bathroom so you will be sharing with just one other.
- everyone is quiet and keeps to themselves but are chatty in the kitchen.
- there is no living room but we do have a garden.
- rent is £643.75 and comes out on the 8th of the month.
- bills are separate and work out at approx. £100 per month (council tax is approx. £34 per month)
- it’s unfurnished.
- the landlord requires a £750 deposit and last 3 months bank statements or payslips plus a scan of your passport.
- i’m moving out on the 31st March so someone could take it from the 1 April ideally or the 8th April.
- it’s currently a rolling contract but my landlord wants to put everyone on a 6 month tenancy soon.
- a 1 minute run to Honor Oak Park station! With a Sainsburys and coffee shops and delis nearby.
