Hello! I'm moving abroad to Germany, so sadly I have to leave my lovely room and wonderful housemate 💔

Our sunny flat is located on a peaceful street, about 12 minutes walk from Catford / Catford Bridge Stations and 15 minutes walk from either Honor Oak or Forest Hill Overground stations. The open plan kitchen is fantastic for hosting, and the sink is fitted with a Quooker water heater (That means instant boiling water! Very luxurious ✨). The room itself is a large south-facing double, getting tons of light throughout the year.
My former housemate (and best friend 4eva) Jaffar will be sharing the flat with you. He's a graphic designer and painter, working at an office in Brixton Mon-Thurs. He likes climbing, cycling and anime, and he makes a mean carbonara which he will inevitably share with you. He is an absolute gem 💘
Bills (including council tax) are around £180 / month, depending on energy usage. (Council tax: Band B)
