Modern double en-suite

Hi all!

We have a bright, modern double room with an en-suite and built in wardrobe from the 1st September. The flat is in a quiet gated complex which is a 10 minute walk to both Honour Oak Park and Forest Hill overground stations.

The room is available unfurnished, however some shelving/drawer units you see in the pictures can be available to be left from our flatmate.

The flat has a large open plan living room/kitchen with a sun trap balcony. The flat is super bright and airy with floor to ceiling windows.

Bike shed and parking space underneath the building is also available.

This is a 12 month contract- the room is £800 pcm, with bills normally working out to around an extra £150 at its worst depending on the season.

A little about who you will be living with! We are two young professionals (nurse and props and set stylist) who are looking for a sociable, easy going and clean flatmate. We both work long shifts, including nights and weekends, so would prefer someone who doesn’t work from home if can be helped due to the flat set up.

We enjoy evenings on the sofa binging Selling Sunset with a glass of wine and a takeaway, as well as enjoying plenty of time out of the house and respecting each others space, and are hoping for someone to match the vibe.

Sadly one of us is in the process of buying a house, and another room may be available in the coming few months. Please note sadly we can’t accept couples, and would prefer another girl to join us!
