I'm going to be away from London for the whole of August, so am renting my room in my house in Honor Oak. I can be flexible with dates a few days before or a few days after August.
It's a good sized double room in a beautiful and spacious Victorian house. The house has a well-equipped kitchen, a comfy living room, and a large bathroom.
The house is located about 5 minutes walk from Honor Oak Park station, which is on the overground line to Highbury and Islington, so very convenient to get to North and East London. It is also about 40 minutes walk to Peckham, which is the most vibrant and trendy part of South East London.
You'd be living with my housemate, who is a lovely fella in his mid-thirties. It's a very chilled vibe in the house, and a nice place to enjoy a sunny month in the summer.
