Small double in beautiful flat with garden & gym

Small double bedroom (wardrobe space in living room) in beautiful renovated flat that’s decorated to a high spec, including a garden with decking and a garden studio that’s a gym. I’m a 32 year old professional and I own the flat, looking for another person in a similar position to house share with - I work from home in the day (would probably need someone that goes into the office for space), and would like to find a flatmate to occasionally cook dinner with or watch a series together. I’m normally out later in the week and during the weekend seeing friends. I don’t host parties, but like having people round for dinner etc. Honor Oak is a cute spot and the flat is a 2 minute walk to the station (12 minutes to London Bridge, OG to Shoreditch) and 10 minute drive to Peckham and Camberwell.
