We have a bright, modern double room with built in wardrobe available from the 1st November. The flat is in a quiet gated complex which is a 10 minute walk to both Honour Oak Park and Forest Hill overground stations.
The flat has a large open plan living room/ kitchen with a sun trap balcony. The flat is super bright and airy with floor to ceiling windows. The room is available is unfurnished.
Bike shed and parking space underneath the building is also available.
This is a 12 month contract-the room is £788 pcm plus bills which work out around an extra £150 at its worst depending on the season.
A little about who you will be living with! We are two young professionals (nurse and Senior Account Executive) who are looking for a sociable, easy going and clean flatmate. Viky (the nurse) works long shifts, including nights and weekends so would prefer someone who doesn't work from home if can be helped due to the flat set up.
Please note sadly we can't accept couples, and would prefer another girl to join us!
