You'll be living with me, Ollie and Eric, aged 29-32 and looking for people of a similar age. It's a bright, modern house with plenty of communal space and storage. It boasts a giant living room and kitchen-diner. The kitchen features bi-fold doors out to a private garden that's great for bbq's in the summer. There's a big communal bathroom which includes two sinks, aswell as a downstairs toilet. The bedroom is front facing and gets a lot of evening sun 🌞
It comes with a double bed, two wardrobes and side tables.
We're all very sociable, but also mindful of each others space. We enjoy cooking, going to art galleries and gigs/concerts.
Located minutes from Honor Oak Park station with nearby shops and cafés.
Rent is £775 pcm + bills. Bills are around £100 a month. Deposit is ~£1000
