You'll be living with me, Ollie and Eric, aged 29-32 and looking for people of a similar age. It's a bright, modern house with plenty of communal space and storage. It boasts a giant living room and kitchen-diner. The kitchen features bi-fold doors out to a private garden that's great for bbq's in the summer. There's a big communal bathroom which includes two sinks, aswell as a downstairs toilet. The bedroom is a double and comes with a bed frame and two wardrobes. I enjoy cooking, going to art galleries and gigs. We're often in during the week and like to hang out when people are around.
Located minutes from Honor Oak Park station with nearby shops and cafés.
Rent is £775 pcm + bills. Bills are around £100 a month. Deposit is ~£1000
