Two bedrooms available in large Honor Oak house

Hi! I'm looking for 2 people to join me in a 4 bedroom house in Honor Oak Park. I'm a fabricator in my early 30's, looking for people of a similar age. It's a modern house with plenty of communal space and storage. It boasts a giant living room and kitchen-diner. The kitchen features bi-fold doors out to a private garden that's great for bbq's in the summer. There's a big communal bathroom which includes two sinks, aswell as a downstairs toilet. Both bedrooms are double and come with a bed frame, chest of drawers and wardrobe. I enjoy cooking, going to art galleries and gigs. I'm often in during the week and like to hang out when people are around.

Located minutes from Honor Oak Park station with nearby shops and cafés.

Bills aren't included. This isn't a sublet so the new tenant would be added to the contract with our private landlord (Unsure of the deposit yet). Let us know a bit about yourself!
