Spacious 2-bedroom flat available in Honor Oak.

Hi there,

I'm looking for a professional couple / two sharers to take over my well-loved flat!

The flat is a two-floor maisonette on the 1st and 2nd floor of a converted Victorian house. There is free parking on the entire street.

It is a 5 minute walk from the overground station ‘Honor Oak Park’ where you can reach London Bridge in 15 minutes and Canada Water in 10 minutes. It is also a 30 minute walk / 10 minute cycle to Peckham, which is the most vibrant and trendy part of South East London.

The area is beautiful, with multiple parks and walks - larger parks and attractions include Peckham Rye, which is a 5 minute cycle away and Greenwich is only 15 minutes away by car. Brockley is a few minutes up the road and there are numerous independent cafes, pubs, restaurants and coffee shops!

I will be leaving most furnishings unless preferred otherwise and am open to discussion on this matter.

The house includes:

- Two good sized double bedrooms
- Large bathroom with tub
- Living room
- Large kitchen
- Spacious hallway with office space

I have loved living here and have decorated the house to a high standard as this has been my permanent residence. I am leaving the property as I am moving abroad at the end of January 2025, but will be available to support on any repairs or challenges, as will family members who live in the area.

I will be contracting a minimum stay of 1 year. The rent is £2,000 (+ £300 bills) per month
