Lovely unfurnished double - Honor Oak Park

I am moving out of my large and bright unfurnished double bedroom in a friendly house-share. The room will be available from 5th January 2025 but I can be flexible with move in dates.

Rent is £607.50 and comes out on the first day of the month. Bills average £100, and we each take a bill to manage - mine is water and is very straightforward.

The deposit is £600.

I live with 3 other lovely people; Hannah (30) is a dancer and Pilates instructor; Ed (26) is a civil engineer; and Will (26) works in the arts. We are social, clean, respectful professionals and are looking to find someone similar. We like to socialise and chat, but also enjoy our independence whilst respecting each others’ space.

The house is ideally located - under 10 minutes from Honor Oak Park Station and Crofton Park Station and has many bus routes going through it. This is a peaceful area which has lots of lovely local shops and cafes, as well as nice pubs and bars.

The room itself is south facing, spacious, and gets lots of light even on gloomy days. The room is unfurnished apart from the mattress which is a double.

The house has two bathrooms and you will be sharing the upstairs one with just one more person (so no drama in yhe morning!) There's also a shared living room with sofa, tv and a dining table with chairs. We also have a very nice garden and there is a storage space under the staircase, should you wish to utilise it.
