Hey! I’m unfortunately moving out of this lovely home so I can be closer to work. Posting for the awesome couple you’ll be living with.

The house:
Your room is a spacious double room in a 3 bed, 1.5 bathroom house in Honor Oak SE23. The room has a built in wardrobe and double bed.

There’s a cozy living area with a dining table, conservatory & small backyard garden. Bathroom is upstairs, there’s also a toilet downstairs. You’ll need to be a dog person as we have a miniature dachshund called Binx 🐶

Rent is £800 per month including all bills.

The house is a 6 min walk from Honor Oak park station and 8 mins from Crofton Park station.

Housemates:

Alba (30) is very social and out most weekends. Love’s a weekend farmers market, enjoy’s shows like MAFS & Severance, far better than me at cooking. She works in a Sales role from home most days.
If you WFH you will have to work from your bedroom or feel free to use conservatory as she works in the lounge and has confidential calls daily.

Elliot (30) is an electrician and works on site most days. He’s a Liverpool fanatic, pub goer, social football player, handyman, gamer, and no.1 home cooked sunday roast chef in all of south east.

Available from 16tb of April for a month. We are currently in the process of buying a property, and so our move out date is TBC if you want to stay longer there is a chance it’s possible for maybe another week or so.
