Hey! We’re two professionals (plus two cats and a dog) looking for a lovely new housemate to join our home.

The vibe here is very much chosen family - we love to cook together, BBQ in the garden at every opportunity, hang out over good wine or movie nights, and also respect each other’s space and quiet time.

The flat is a big split-level maisonette in a beautiful Victorian building with its own front door, spread across the first and second floors. It’s super spacious (over 1,280 sq ft!) and has access to a shared back garden.

**The Room:**

- Upstairs unfurnished double room
- Comes with a king-sized bed frame if needed (totally optional)

**The Flat:**

- Large lounge
- Modern kitchen with all the built-in appliances (incl. Sage barista coffee machine and dishwasher!)
- Shared bathroom (bath & shower)
- Shared garden – perfect for BBQs (downstairs neighbours rarely use)

**The Area:**

We’re right between Forest Hill, Honor Oak Park, and Catford—so you’ve got great transport links, local shops, pubs, cafes, and green spaces. Blythe Hill Fields is just around the corner and perfect for a walk or a sunset view. Plus approx. 3 min walk to the Blythe Hill Tavern – best Guinness in London?!

**You:**

We’re looking for someone kind, clean, and easy-going - ideally into shared cooking (not a deal-breaker) and happy to muck in around the house (dealbreaker!). You’ll need to be cool with pets, since ours are very much part of the household!
