Double room with use of whole flat

A spacious, 2 bedroom, furnished flat with period features and plenty of light. About 8 mins walk from Honor Oak Park station.

The main bedroom has a double bed, while the spare room has a single sofabed - suitable to use for guests or as an office.

The large lounge has plenty of space and a dining table, along with TV (freeview only) and broadband.

There's a small, basically equipped kitchen and separate bathroom and toilet.

You'll have the whole flat to yourself most of the time, as I will pop in approximately once a month for one or two nights (using the spare bedroom).

I'm looking for a responsible person who will keep the flat clean and tidy and will take care of it as if it were their own.

All bills are included.
