- 10 min walk from the station and 13 minute train directly to London Bridge. You you walk through residential streets so feels safe, it’s a maisonette so our own entrance and front door up to the flat off the street so it acc feels like a house🩷

- area is really nice too, there’s a pub opposite road that does sunday roast, there’s independent cafes,, restaurants and coffee shops, as well as forest hill being over the road where there’s more little shops and pubs🩷

- bills including council tax, elec & gas, water and wifi come to less than £100 a month 🩷
