This a large, first floor, double room with ensuite, in a pleasant shared house, close to stations and bus routes.

This ensuite room is spacious and fully furnished with modern good quality furniture. This includes a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside and wardrobe. A workstation and chair is also available.

The ensuite consists of a large cubicle shower, basin and loo.

The spacious kitchen/diner has a full range of appliances and storage space.

There is a separate TV lounge and a garden with patio and picnic bench.

We have Secure 'Asgard' bike storage for several bikes at the front of the house.

Housemates are a friendly 'mixed bag" of young professionals.
You’re most likely to also be a young professional, possibly a post-grad student, looking for somewhere comfortable, safe and clean to come home to.
You’ve probably shared before and understand what makes a decent housemate.

Absolutely all bills and charges are included in the rent, including high speed Wifi, .

Regular cleaning of the shared areas of the house and all gardening are also included in the rent.

Shops, cafes , and other amenities all within easy reach.
Honor Oak Park and Catford stations are a short walk away. Buses including, a Night bus, stop at the end of the road.

Parking is "on-street" but unrestricted.
