Large furnished double room in family home

Hello!

We have a lovely double bedroom available to rent in our family home.

We are a household of five, with children aged 9–12, so this would suit someone who is comfortable living in a warm, busy family environment. We’re looking for a considerate, respectful and tidy lodger who would enjoy being part of a calm and happy home. The room is on the top floor of our home with a shared shower room, shared with our eldest daughter (hence looking for female).

We’ve had lodgers for the past 8 years and also occasionally host on Airbnb, so we’re very used to shared living and making people feel comfortable and at home.

We would be happy to consider a reduced rent for someone who needs the room for fewer nights each week/flexible arrangement and will consider short term lets. We can make available a desk space in the room if required.

Ideal for a professional, Monday–Friday lodger, or someone looking for a peaceful and respectful home environment.
