Double room available in new build gated community, between Honor Oak Park and Forest hill. The bedroom available is unfurnished, but has two built in double wardrobes with lots of storage available.

The flat has underfloor heating throughout, modern interior and lots of storage. Washer, separate tumble dryer, dish washer and secure intercom/alarm system an added bonus. There is a small patio/terrace area leading from the lounge through the patio doors.

You will be living with a 41 year old professional who normally works 3 or more days a week in the office. Looking for someone who works similarly, mostly from the office.
I like to go out and see friends, for drinks or the occasionally big night out. Gymming and cycling regularly. I enjoy games nights with my friends regularly. But also enjoy a quiet night in playing video games or watching films.
I moved into the flat in 2020 just before lockdown.

Current flatmate moved in at the end of 2021, but is now moving due to a new job outside of London, and looking to replace before the end of October. This can be negotiable.

Both tenants will be on a yearly contract with a letting agent, who will requiring references before moving in. Flat is rented as a whole unit, with both names on the contract.

The flat is located in between Honor Oak Park and Forest Hill, with both overground stations a maximum 10 mins walk away. Overground trains from Honor Oak Park take you to Canada Water (for the Jubilee Line) in less than 15 minutes and Southern trains from Honor Oak Park take you to London Bridge in 11 mins. Both Dulwich and Peckham Rye are a short distance away. Forest Hill/Honor Oak Park has an array of independent eateries, and lots of nice pubs nearby. And a couple of good independent gyms. There’s a small Sainsbury's local near Honor Oak Park station, whilst Forest Hill has a much larger Sainsbury's supermarket.

Ideally looking for another gay flat mate between 28-45 but this is not set in stone. Someone who is independent, clean and tidy, and preferably someone who has been in London a while.
Looking for someone social but not a party animal that brings the party home. Guests is fine and the occasional party but not a regular thing to host.
It's a non-smoking/non-pet household.

Parking available at an extra cost (there is a waiting list) but free parking available on the street and there is secure bicycle storage.
