Vegan/Veggie Double Room Flat Share

Looking for one lovely gal to share my flat with me in Honour Oak Park 🌿

It’s a good size top-floor flat in a Victorian terrace. The flat has two bedrooms, a bright living/dining room, one shared bathroom (with shower + bath), and a sweet, kinda open plan kitchen. There’s lots of storage space in the eves too – perfect for suitcases and extras.

We’re only a 6-minute walk from the high street (with shops, cafés, and supermarkets) and a 5-minute walk from Honor Oak Park station.

The double bedroom available is unfurnished. It is just off the kitchen and on a separate floor to my bedroom. It has a big sunny window that catches the afternoon and evening sun 🌞

Vegan/ veggie housemate preferred. Ideally would suit someone 26+ that doesn’t solely wfh (I work shifts, including nights).

Deposit: £835 + one week’s rent (£200) for a holding deposit whilst referencing is being sorted.

A little about me: I’m Kaya, early 30s, work as a mental health nurse, love puzzles, dnb raves, and having a good laugh over dinner out.
Would love someone who’s friendly, sociable, very tidy, and happy to make the place feel like home 🩷

Please note, this is a rented property that I have lived in for 5 years. This is not a sublet type situation, the person moving in will be on the tenancy with me. They will need to go through all the estate agent checks and must earn a minimum £35k to be on the tenancy.
