Big room in 3 bed in Honor Oak Park

I’m moving out to live with a friend, so there’s a room in our lovely 3 bed in Honor Oak Park, sharing with 2 fab gals. 5 mins from Honor Oak Park station and 10 mins to Crofton Park.

It’s a really good sized room, it officially comes unfurnished but if you particularly want any of the furniture we can work it out!

We’ve also got a great sized kitchen with a living area and upstairs we have a small spare room with a TV and sofa bed for when guests stay.

There are also 2 very cute cats living here at the minute 🐱 so someone cat friendly would be Fabbb.

The room is available from 9 November and you’d be subletting from me until January, then if you wanted to stay on you can officially be added to the contract for another year. The landlord knows I am subletting and is cool with it, it’s just too far through the contract to do an official tenancy transfer :) I know that sounds a bit complicated so do feel free to message with any questions!

I’m leaving after nearly 3 years and I’ve really liked living here and the area is lovely! Bills come to around £138 at their peak and are cheaper other times of year.

Current flatmates are super lovely, working in the arts and education sectors.
