Large Double in 3 Bed House Honor Oak Park

My large double room is available in our lovely 3 bed in Honor Oak Park, sharing with 2 fab gals. 5 mins walk (3 min run!) from Honor Oak Park station (Overground gets you to East London) and 10 mins to Crofton Park (London Bridge, Farringdon etc.)

It’s a large room, downstairs as traditionally is the living room of the house. Has an amazing fireplace with emerald green tiles.
I am moving to Paris so happy to provide furniture if needed for cheap - this could be bedframe, mattress, and I have a couple of chests of drawers.

We’ve also got a great sized kitchen with a living area and upstairs we have a small spare room with a TV and sofa bed for when guests stay.

There is a very cute cat (Moon) living here also 🐱 so someone cat friendly would be fab.

The room is available from 12th Jan which would technically be a short sublet until a new contract is to be signed on the 26th Jan.

Bills come to around £138 at their peak and are cheaper other times of year.

Current flatmates are super lovely, working in the arts.

Photos are of the room as the previous tenant had it with light in the summertime but not much has changed :)
